Caring Hearts With Healing Hands Home Care Services ("Caring Hearts," "we," "us," or "our") is a home care consulting company founded by Antrina Curry, RN, BSN. We help families learn how to find, hire, and manage a trusted in home caregiver through our free webinar, private consultation calls, digital products, and the Care Clarity Compass members app.

We collect information in three ways.

When you tell us about your situation, you may share details about the person receiving care, such as their age, care needs, or living situation. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing and do not send medical records, insurance numbers, or Social Security numbers through our website.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting and analytics tools may collect basic technical details such as your browser type, device, pages visited, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address.

• Register you for our webinar and send reminders, the replay, and follow up information about the training.
• Schedule and hold consultation calls you book with us.

We only send text messages if you check the SMS consent box when you register or book with us. Messages may include webinar reminders, appointment reminders, and updates about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the service providers that help us deliver the messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work for us. These include:

• Our customer relationship, email, text messaging, scheduling, and funnel platform.
• Payment processors, such as Stripe and PayPal, which handle your card details directly. We do not store your full card number.
• Video meeting providers, such as Zoom, for webinars and calls.
