Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They explain how our website and services work, what we are responsible for, and what you are responsible for when you bring help home.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the webinars, consultation calls, digital products, and members app offered by Caring Hearts With Healing Hands Home Care Services ("Caring Hearts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. What We Do
Caring Hearts provides education and home care consulting. We teach families how to find, screen, hire, and manage their own in home caregiver. We also offer a done for you caregiver placement service that is discussed and agreed to separately.
Unless you sign a separate written agreement with us, we are not your caregiver's employer, we do not supervise the caregiver you hire, and we are not responsible for the care that caregiver provides.
3. Education Only. Not Medical, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Our website, webinars, calls, and products share general information based on our nursing and home care experience. They are not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and they do not create a nurse and patient relationship.
Always talk with your loved one's doctor about medical decisions. Talk with a qualified tax professional, attorney, or insurance agent about payroll, taxes, insurance, and employment rules. Rules for hiring and paying a caregiver are different in every state. In an emergency, call 911.
4. Your Responsibilities When You Hire a Caregiver
If you hire a caregiver using what you learn from us, you are the one making that decision. You are responsible for:
- Choosing, interviewing, and checking the background of the caregiver.
- Agreeing on pay, schedule, and duties with the caregiver.
- Meeting any household employer duties, such as payroll, tax withholding, and filings.
- Carrying any insurance you need, such as liability or workers' compensation coverage.
- Watching over the care your loved one receives and making changes when needed.
5. Webinars and Consultation Calls
Our webinars are free unless we say otherwise. Webinars may be recorded, and replays may be offered for a limited time.
Paid consultation calls are booked and paid for through our scheduling page. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at info@youdontcarealone.com or 1-855-5NURSE5 so we can find a new time for you.
6. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payments are handled by secure third party processors. By buying, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.
Because digital products, such as ebooks, workbooks, guides, recordings, and app access, are delivered right away, all sales of digital products are final and are not refundable once you receive them.
Some offers, such as the Care Clarity Compass members app, include a monthly membership after an introductory period. The price, billing schedule, and how to cancel are shown at checkout. You can cancel future billing at any time before your next billing date.
Any guarantee or promise that comes with a specific offer is explained on that offer's page and applies only as written there.
7. Text Messages and Emails
If you give us your email address, we may send you emails about our trainings, resources, and offers. If you check the SMS consent box, we may also send you text messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Testimonials and Results
The reviews and stories on our website come from real families we have served. Every family's situation is different, and we cannot promise that you will get the same results, save a certain amount of money, or find a caregiver by a certain date.
9. Our Content and Trademarks
Everything on this website and in our products, including text, videos, graphics, logos, and materials, belongs to Caring Hearts or is used with permission. Caring Hearts With Healing Hands® is a registered trademark.
You may use our materials for your own family's personal use. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or distribute them without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Caring Hearts, its owner, and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm that comes from your decisions or from the actions of any caregiver you hire. If we are ever found responsible for something, our total responsibility will not be more than the amount you paid us for the product or service involved in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to protect Caring Hearts and its owner and team from claims, losses, and costs that come from your misuse of our website or services, your breaking these terms, or your hiring and employment of a caregiver.
